1. Terms

By accessing this Website, accessible from www.litmeapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and confirm that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site. All materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

LitmeApp, operated by Uniqueorns Digital Marketing LLC, is an authorized reseller of Carddio CRM and related products including NFC Business Cards and Review Cards.

While we do not own or operate the CRM software, we are committed to ensuring excellent customer experience by coordinating with Carddio for product delivery, onboarding, and support.

  • Uptime & Reliability: Carddio CRM provides a 99.9% uptime SLA for all software services. LitmeApp will communicate any scheduled maintenance or system updates we are notified of.

  • Support: LitmeApp offers first-level support and will escalate critical CRM-related issues to Carddio’s support team. Critical tickets are typically acknowledged within 1 hour and resolved within 24 hours depending on severity.

  • Issue Resolution: We work with Carddio to ensure a fast and effective resolution for any service issues affecting CRM, Digital Profiles, or NFC-based tools.

3. Data Ownership

  • Ownership: All data entered by customers into the Carddio CRM platform remains the sole property of the customer. Neither LitmeApp nor Uniqueorns claims ownership over customer data.

  • Access & Export: Users may access/export their data from the CRM platform at any time. Upon service cancellation, access will remain available for 30 days for data export, after which data will be permanently deleted per Carddio’s policies.

  • Data Retention: Data is retained only as required to deliver services. Permanent deletion can be requested after termination.

4. Confidentiality & Security

  • Confidentiality: Any data you submit while using the CRM or NFC solutions is treated as confidential. LitmeApp does not have access to your data unless explicitly authorized for support purposes.

  • Security: Carddio CRM encrypts data in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. The platform includes firewalls, secure access controls, and regular security audits.

  • Compliance: Carddio CRM adheres to relevant global data protection laws. In the event of a breach, users will be informed within 72 hours as per compliance policies.

5. Use License

You are permitted to use the CRM and materials provided by Carddio through LitmeApp for personal or business use, under the terms specified by Carddio. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or duplicate the software or materials;

  • Use it for commercial resale unless authorized;

  • Reverse engineer any part of the software;

  • Remove proprietary markings;

  • Share or “mirror” content on other servers.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials on this site or the CRM platform may contain errors or become outdated. We do not guarantee that all materials are current or free of errors, and we may update content without notice.

7. Terms Modifications

Uniqueorns Digital Marketing LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the current version of the terms.

8. Purchases

If you purchase any product or service through our platform, including Carddio CRM access, you may be required to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if:

  • A product is no longer available

  • Errors exist in pricing or description

  • Fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected

You agree that LitmeApp is not liable for loss arising from such cancellations.

9. Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all product descriptions or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to update or correct information without notice.

10. Accounts

When creating an account through LitmeApp or associated CRM access, you are responsible for maintaining secure credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity or breach.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the CRM software remains the property of Carddio and its licensors. LitmeApp branding, site content, and promotional material remain the property of Uniqueorns Digital Marketing LLC.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party platforms or services. We are not responsible for the privacy or content practices of these external sites.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to services ceases immediately. Sections related to data ownership, security, and liability shall survive.

14. Limitation of Liability

Uniqueorns Digital Marketing LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use Carddio CRM or related services, including data loss, revenue loss, or interruption. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Disclaimer

We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the CRM platform or associated services.

16. Exclusions

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption.

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
